Privacy Policy

Information you give us

When you request a quote, call, text or message us, we collect what you share: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your area, the size of your property and any message you include.

Information collected automatically

We use cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. This can include pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and identifiers from the ad or campaign that brought you here, such as UTM tags and Google click IDs.

How we use information

To prepare your quote and contact you about it; to schedule and provide our cleaning services, including sharing photos, cleaning reports and invoices with you; and to measure and improve our website and advertising.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as website hosting, data storage, messaging and our client-portal software), with Google for analytics and ad measurement as described above, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can turn off personalized Google ads, block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us.

Retention and security

We keep quote requests and customer records only as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, and we protect them with reasonable safeguards.
